"Supply Side Economics" Presented by Jim Hebert, President Hebert Research

Mr. Hebert has spoken at a number of Electric League Luncheons, is familiar with our membership, and will be relating "Supply Side Economics" to the electrical industry.

Jim Hebert heads one of the busiest research companies in the region, employs nearly 80 researchers, and serves more than 2,000 companies and organizations throughout the world. He serves as adjunct professor at the University of Washington and specializes in new product development and retail management. In addition, he is the Director of Research for Costco.

Mr. Hebert has intellectual properties that include research procedure for price elasticity, depand forecasting, and the building of business confidence indices. Cinnabon, Microsoft, Qwest, and hundreds of other applications within the home building, manufacturing, and retail sectors, have used these. The Hebert Research national business and economic confidence index reaches a monthly readership base of 11 million. He has published more than 200 articles and has won the Distinguished Lectureship Award from the University of Washington and Seattle University.
