Puget Sound Energy is excited to be releasing a suite of innovative energy-efficiency programs that will deliver even greater business potential for customers over the next two years.

Parking will be validated.

Here are some improvements we have made this year to new construction programs:

• Up to 100% funding of new construction efficiency upgrades

• Increased incentive levels for building commissioning

• Increased incentive levels for grants

• multifamily new construction incentives and grants

• A prescriptive approach to whole building energy efficiency upgrades

From the South on NORTHBOUND Interstate 405:
- Take the NE 4th ST exit, number 13A
- Turn LEFT, WEST, into downtown Bellevue
- Continue on NE 4th ST to 110th AVE NE
- Turn LEFT, SOUTH, onto 110th AVE
- The PSE building garage entrance is the first driveway on the LEFT

From the North on SOUTHBOUND Interstate 405:
- Take the NE 4th ST exit, number 13A
- Turn RIGHT, WEST, into downtown Bellevue
- Continue on NE 4th ST to 110th AVE NE
- Turn LEFT, SOUTH, onto 110th AVE NE
- The PSE building garage entrance is the first driveway on the LEFT

Drive through the garage entrance and take a ticket. Continue driving down the garage ramp to floors P5 – P7. PSE has leased floors P5 – P7 of the garage. Floors P1 – P4 have been leased to other tenants of the office complex, and are reserved for their use. Find a parking stall located on the EAST side of the garage (opposite the ramps).

To get to the Auditorium, take the PSE EAST Building elevators (note, there are two banks of elevators located in the parking garage). The PSE EAST Building elevators are farthest away from the ramp between levels of the garage. If the sign for the building elevators says “PSE Building” head for the elevators on the other end of the garage for the “PSE EAST Building”.

Once arriving to the lobby, if you don’t immediately see the Auditorium, please check in with the lobby receptionist, who can point you in the right direction.

Parking will be validated in the Auditorium after you check into the event.

Parking garage height restriction:
vehicles must be under 7 feet.
